Job Overview

We’re seeking a talented Account Manager to join Softvault.io in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring their success with our iGaming software solutions. Working from anywhere in the world, you’ll manage accounts, enhance client satisfaction, and foster partnerships that fuel growth - all within the exciting, fast-evolving iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and aligning Softvault.io’s solutions to deliver results.
  • Onboarding & Support: Facilitate seamless client onboarding remotely, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth software implementation.
  • Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or enhance client engagement with our platforms, driving satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to client inquiries or challenges, collaborating with support and product teams to resolve issues via remote channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance with KPIs (e.g., usage, retention), providing clients with actionable insights and updates.
  • Communication: Conduct regular virtual check-ins, prepare reports, and maintain strong client relationships through digital tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles, preferably in iGaming, software, or tech sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of iGaming (e.g., online casinos, sports betting) is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills; proficient with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Mindset: Client-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable thriving in a fully remote, results-oriented environment.
  • Location: Fully remote—work from anywhere with reliable internet and flexibility across time zones.
  • Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish) are advantageous for global clients.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and a basic grasp of software solutions.
