Job Overview

We’re looking for a meticulous QA Engineer to join Softvault.io in a fully remote role. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining the quality and reliability of our iGaming software solutions, testing features, identifying bugs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients’ users. Working from anywhere in the world, you’ll collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver flawless, high-performance software in the dynamic iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities

• Testing: Design and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, performance) for iGaming platforms, including casino games, betting systems, and backend features.
• Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and prioritize software defects using bug-tracking tools, working with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure software meets performance, security, and usability standards, adhering to iGaming industry requirements and regulations.
• Test Planning: Develop test cases, scripts, and plans based on product specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to cover all use cases.
• Collaboration: Partner remotely with developers, product managers, and other teams to refine features and address quality concerns throughout the development cycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to testing processes and tools, staying ahead of iGaming tech trends.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in software quality assurance or testing, ideally with web or mobile applications; iGaming experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail) and familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
• Industry Insight: Knowledge of iGaming platforms (e.g., casinos, betting) or software development lifecycles is advantageous.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for delivering flawless user experiences.
• Location: Fully remote - work from anywhere with reliable internet and flexibility across time zones.
