Job Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Affiliate Manager to join Softvault.io and supercharge our affiliate marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll manage and expand our affiliate network, driving traffic and conversions for our iGaming software solutions. Whether working remotely or from our Limassol, Cyprus office, you’ll collaborate with affiliates, optimize campaigns, and contribute to our growth in a fast-paced, exciting industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, onboard, and build relationships with affiliates, influencers, and partners in the iGaming space to expand our network.
• Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue for Softvault's partner brands.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports on KPIs (e.g., clicks, conversions, ROI) and recommending improvements.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with affiliates, offering support, incentives, and tailored strategies to maximize their success.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on iGaming trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and competitor strategies to keep our programs competitive.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align affiliate efforts with company goals and ensure seamless promotion of our software.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in affiliate marketing or partnership management, preferably in iGaming, online gambling, or tech industries.
• Industry Insight: Knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem (e.g., casinos, sports betting, affiliates) is a big advantage.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; comfortable with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Refersion) and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven, remote-friendly environment.
• Location: Remote
• Language: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, German) are a plus for global outreach.
• Tech Comfort: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of software or SaaS promotion.
