Job Overview

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team at Softvault.io. In this role, you’ll spearhead our sales efforts, targeting iGaming operators and partners to expand our market reach. Whether you’re working remotely or from our vibrant Cyprus office in Limassol, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating revenue, fostering client relationships, and positioning Softvault.io as a trusted leader in iGaming solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the iGaming sector, driving lead generation, pitches, and deal closures to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning Softvault.io’s solutions to deliver value.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of iGaming trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory shifts to inform sales strategies and position our products effectively.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract signing - using CRM tools to track progress and forecast results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience and tailor solutions to market demands.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in iGaming, software, or tech industries, with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the iGaming ecosystem (e.g., online casinos, sports betting, platform providers) is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Location: Willing to work remotely with flexible hours or relocate/join our Limassol, Cyprus office (relocation support available).
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish) are an advantage in our global market.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a basic understanding of software solutions.
